During the RapidUXTesting service, a set of UX tasks specific to your organization and objectives is tested across 15 participants using moderated usability sessions, producing high-quality and relevant user data. These participants are selected from our own participant pool of over 4000 members, allowing us to select the best users for your webpage testing and feedback. Our team of UX experts then analyzes the research results and proposes data-driven recommendations for how to improve your user’s experience based on the insights gained. We will also provide you with your own report on key findings from the usability testing sessions and recommend next steps regarding your webpage development. And all this happens within two weeks, start to finish.

The RapidUXTesting service tests your goal-specific UX tasks across 15 carefully selected participants using moderated usability testing sessions. At the end of the two-week research period, our UX experts will provide you with a comprehensive UX report which does the following:

What to Expect During RapidUXTesting with Jumping Elephants

Step 1:

• Submit Your Organization and Contact Information

  • We will ask you for contact information, the relevant webpage(s), and your objectives for this project. This will allow us to start understanding your organization, industry, and goals. It also provides the necessary information for us to communicate and start building a relationship.

Step 2:

• Select Project Timeline and Number of Tasks

  • RapidUXTesting starts and finishes in a 2-week cycle, generating rapid results in a short timeframe. You can choose between submitting three (3), six (6), or nine (9) tasks per two-week cycle. Here you will select the time period in which you would like for us to perform your testing and the number of tasks you wish to submit.

Step 3:

• Create Your UX Tasks

  • With the help of our UX Task Creation Best Practices document we will ask you to please create and submit your desired tasks. These tasks will be goal-oriented and specific to your organization, allowing our UX researchers to guide participants through tasks that will generate relevant and specific results. Our UX experts will also ensure that the tasks you submit are optimal and align with your previously outlined goals.

Step 4:

• Wait to hear from us.

  • We will respond to your sign-up submission within 1 business day!

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking and information about any proposed adjustments to ensure UX task optimization.

Step 5:

• Receive your UX Report and Recommendations

  • Your personalized UX report detailing the results of our usability testing, recommendations, and an overall System Usability Score will be sent to you by the end of your selected 2 week testing period. Our UX experts will also schedule a meeting with you to review the findings and discuss any next steps or changes we may recommend.

• Summary of key takeaways per task set (2-3 recommendations per task set)
