Our story

It all started with a couple of consultants who were frustrated by working within the confines of large firms. They wanted to tackle incredibly complex problems, while still enjoying the company they work for. So they joined forces and built Jumping Elephants – a consulting firm that strives to make BIG IMPACT and embodies the type of company they would want to work for: a team that encourages empathy, promotes fairness and employee growth, and is always striving for excellence.

Jumping Elephants isn’t focused on beating out competition or developing overly complex technology. We are compelled to do meaningful work in the public sector to improve the lives of everyday Canadians.  From human-centered design to digital transformation, we partner with the public sector to design and develop strategies, services, and products that will transform lives for the better.
