17 unique clients with 38 projects completed
400+ UXM members recruited and paid for their contribution to these projects
As 2022 is coming to an end we would like to highlight some stats from our UXM research participant pool! Jumping Elephants now has more than 3100 active contacts in the UXM. Out of this number, more than 1700 are employed in either public or private sectors. This figure also includes members working in over 30 different professions.
We value diversity and inclusiveness. More than 2000 members are female, more than 900 are male, 53 members of our panel identify as LGBTQ+, 1502 people are between the age of 18-35, more than 900 people between 36-55 years and more than 500 people are 55 years or older. Some of these panel members also have a disability. 30 panel members use a screen reader and over 50 individuals use accessibility navigational tools.
Moreover, we recently launched a service line called RapidUXTesting. More than 590 participants signed up to be available for the immediate testing of these projects. This service line allows organizations to test or re-test multiple functions of their website with real users in less than two weeks, from start to finish.
Using our UXM for usability testing recruitment, we worked with 17 different clients with whom we completed 38 projects. For these projects, we’ve recruited and paid over 400 members from our UXM participant pool.
The UXM was launched only last year, and we are very proud to have been able to reach these numbers today. We are grateful for the opportunity to work on so many impactful projects for so many interesting clients. We very much look forward to working with more of you in the next year to address your research and testing needs.
